Construction Management Services

LCG offers the following Construction Management & Client Representative Services:


Pre-Construction

  • Assist in “due diligence” process.
  • Conceptual estimating.
  • Manage design/monitor design development.
  • Establish procurement strategy/prioritize long lead items.
  • Develop budget and track cost.
  • Value engineering.
  • Interview, screen and pre-qualify contractors prior to bid invitation.
  • Develop bidding and contracting systems and procedures.
  • Review bids and advise on award of contracts.
  • Phase projects.
  • Insure that proper permits have been obtained.
  • Establish and implement project control procedures and systems.
  • Establish design standards and guidelines.
  • Develop master project schedule.
  • Assist in the selection and/or approval of architect, engineers and space planners.








Construction Management

  • Assure that claims avoidance general conditions specifications and client’s standards have been incorporated into construction working drawings and specifications.
  • Development of bidding and contracting procedures.
  • Pre-qualify contractors.
  • Evaluate bids and execute contracts on behalf of client.
  • Establish and maintain communication with client’s designated contact
  • Establish, implement, and maintain project control procedures and systems.
  • Identify long lead items critical path items, purchase, track production progress and delivery.
  • Construction scheduling and coordination.
  • Review and inspect project for quality completeness, and compliance to contract documents.
  • Change Order control.
  • Coordinate work of contractors with that of client’s installation of fixtures, furnishings and equipment.
  • Review and approve contractor’s applications for payment.
  • Assist with the preparation of punch lists and see that work has been completed prior to occupancy.
  • Systems start-up, personnel training and project turnover.
